Tectonic plates strain harder and harder against each other, but due to friction, resist slipping until they overcome that friction and suddenly, and abruptly, move. This is called an earthquake.
Why so many earthquakes recently?

Supposedly, to create earthquakes with HAARP-like energy, mega-watts of energy are focused on underground water pockets near existing geographic fault lines, the underground water is boiled, creating an explosive steam pocket, which may be powerful enough to release an earthquake–somewhat like a powerful snow avalanche can sometimes be triggered by the sound of a shotgun.

How does one “set off” an earthquake?
The problem is that boiling underground water from afar would require beaming mega-watts of power, through soil and rocks, at an underground water pocket. Where could one get mega-watts of beam-able power? Perhaps a network of over-powered cell phone towers, networked together, could be used as a virtual phased array, fired-up to full power, and pulsed to boil the water pocket, and trigger an earthquake?
A large-scale phased array antenna is aimed by altering the phases of output pulses from each of its antenna elements–without having to physically move the antenna elements. This is called “beam steering.” A phased-array antenna can, thereby, be aimed to focus its output power into a relatively small area–anywhere.
Could discrete cell phone towers each serve as an asymmetrically placed, dipole antenna element, in a large-scale phased array antenna? Yes.

How much power do cell phones use?
One (1) watt from your cell phone can go 25 miles to the nearest cell phone tower, to relay your call’s signal to the person on the other end of the line. The US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) limits the amount of energy that a cell phone tower can release to 400 watts. (Source)

If cell towers are limited to a maximum of 400 watts of output power then clearly their 100,000 watt-400,000 watt power supplies for cell towers are NOT for phone calls or data transfer. Nothing close to that amount of energy is required. Why are cell towers equiped with so much excess power?
Consider this. What if cell phone towers are capable of being networked together, and switched to a high power mode? With precise computer control of the phase of each cell tower’s pulsed output, a few hundred cell phone towers, each with 100kw-400kw power supplies, could be configured to create a coordinated, world-wide, mega-watt phased-array antenna farm. They could potentially release millions of watts of focused microwave radiation–enough microwave power to cook an area the size of a small town.
Beyond a doubt, the cell towers in America are NOT what we have been told they are. A reader sent me this: …..”Jim, Years ago I owned a telecommunication and underground utilities construction company, and many of the contracts involved bringing electricity, fiber optics, etc to underground bases in Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, California, and Texas. I had to go through a lot of background investigations and sign documents saying I would not divulge where I “my company” was bringing these utilities to. My company also erected many cell towers, and I always wondered why they had us bring so much electrical power to these cell towers. Cell tower equipment racks in the U.S. generally include a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers electronics controller box. Could that box installed by the Army Corp of Engineers be a “precise pulse phase controller”–fired up only when needed?
Such a cell phone tower network would focus pulses of sufficient combined energy on underground water pockets near an existing fault, and boil the water therein. If it’s enough energy to unlock an abrupt release of seismic strain that has built up over the years, then an earthquake is triggered.
If each cell phone tower, in high poser mode, could pulse out, say, 100 kw of effective radiated power, and if we focus the combined power of just 200 towers, then we’d be able to steer about 20 mega-wats of power. Even if we assume 50% of the power is dissipated, we’re still delivering 10 mega-watts of power to our target. With a micro-wave oven that powerful, surely we can boil an underground water pocket–or fry a town.

Occasionally the towers will be switched up to full output to eat a nuclear reactor in Japan via a phony earthquake scenario, or to make good and sure a hurricane is useful for a social experiment in New Orleans. But you cannot have them humming away at full output all the time without it becoming obvious, so the ability is likely saved for special occasions. The 1995 Kobe Earthquake
Some observers wonder if the 1995 Kobe earthquake was an example of triggering an earthquake. Supposedly, no one can predict an earthquake, yet the 1995 Earthquake in Kobe Japan was correctly predicted in advance.
In a January 8, 1995 radio broadcast, Shoko Asahara stated “Japan will be attacked by an earthquake in 1995. The most likely place is Kobe.” Nine days later, a 7.2 magnitude earthquake on January 17, 1995 caused 5100 deaths, mainly in Kobe, Japan.
Shoko Asahara, who founded the Japanese religious group Aum Shinrikyo, was convicted of masterminding a March 20, 1995 sarin gas attack on the Tokyo subway. An associate of Shoko Asahara, Hideo Murai, Ph.D., in an April 7, 1995 news conference at the Foreign Correspondent Club in Japan, when asked about the Kobe earthquake, said: “There is a strong possibility of the activation of an earthquake using electromagnetic power, or somebody may have used a device that applied force inside the Earth.” Thirteen days later Dr. Murai was assassinated on 23 April, 1995 on live TV.
According to the NY Times, Dr. Murai was mortally wounded when an ethnic Korean man named Hiroyuki Jo stabbed Murai repeatedly, in the presence of 10 police officers and hundreds of reporters recording the events and broadcasting them live. His attacker didn’t attempt to flee and was peacefully arrested on the spot. Murai died in an ambulance. The 2012 Mexico Quake

A report by Dutchsince argued that the March 20, 2012 quake in Mexico was man made. A very well planned and advertised earthquake drill matching the exact same scenario at the exact same magnitude at the exact same time had taken place. The quake felt like accelerating back and forth, not a violent movement, and had no vibration of any sort. This matches the descriptions that came out of Japan.
The newspaper La Voz Del Norte, which posted this article has banned all access to it and all others on their site related to it.

The quake in Mexico: the depth, which matches the suspicious quakes in Japan, and the fact it coincided with an earthquake drill matching the exact same scenario puts it over the top into the false flag terror category.
On 9/11 there was a terror drill covering the EXACT SAME SCENARIO happening nationwide, including at NORAD, which caused them to fail to address and react to a very real situation. In the London train bombings, the same thing happened.
Now that terror in the name of Arabs has failed, they are attempting a new approach – terror in the name of the environment. You would think they would come up with a different bag of tricks, the whole “drill coincidence” theme is getting a little obvious.

I would be willing to bet that a gravity wave, or gravity machine has been invented. This would be prime for triggering earthquakes, because if you could put a gravity pull on the crust of the earth, in a direction other than down or up, it would indeed move the earth back and forth the way I felt it. I think that is what we are witnessing here and I would bet 500 pesos the Mexican government was not in on this particular joke.
