A WNYW news crew was maced and beaten by police on Wednesday night while covering the Occupy Wall Street protests. Reporter Dick Brennan and photographer Roy Isen got caught in the middle of an altercation between police officers and a group of protesters, at the end of a day spent covering the ongoing demonstrations in lower Manhattan. Brennan was struck in the stomach with a baton and Isen was hit in the eyes with pepper spray.

A Brief History of Occupy Wall Street (Source)

Occupy Wall Street bursts into view. Occupy Wall Street (OWS) is a spontaneous outpouring of a shift in consciousness that began in New York on September 17, 2011.

It began as the brainchild of activists across the border in Canada when an anti-consumerism magazine (Adbusters) put out a call in July for supporters to occupy Wall Street. Now, three weeks after a few hundred people heeded that initial call and rolled out their sleeping bags in a park in New York’s financial district, they are being joined by supporters in cities across the US and beyond. Protesters against corporate greed, unemployment and the political corruption that they say Wall Street represents have taken to the streets in Boston, Los Angeles, St Louis and Kansas City. The core group, Occupy Wall Street, claims people will take part in demonstrations in as many as 147 US cities this month, while the website occupytogether.org lists 47 US states as being involved. Around the world, protests in Canada, the UK, Germany and Sweden are also planned, they say. The speed of the leaderless movement’s growth has taken many by surprise. Adbuster’s campaign started with a centerfold poster of a ballerina dancing gracefully on the iconic Wall Street sculpture of a bull, made to appear as though the beast is charging at the front of a riot. The poster captured people’s imagination, said Lasn. “There was something magical about that.” The slogan is telling: we ballet on your bull.

The OWS movement is primarily about economic realities. (Astrologically: Pluto in Capricorn) Indeed, our current revolution is an economic one, since the effects of the festering, rotten underbelly of the global economy have now become almost unstoppable as that global machine careens toward collapse. And human evolution depends on how it is resolved. If we go back to the stone-ages with focus on basic survival, there ain’t gonna be no enlightenment. So the economy, right now on this planet, is where the rubber hits the road.

We dance on your Bull.

I didn’t realize that the 6th Night was the repository of the shake-out – fall-out – back-lash of the 5th Night (although Barbara Hand Clow had said that at one point). The 5th Night (which in the 9th Wave occurred from August 18 -September 4, 2011) is the ‘notorious’ darkest phase of each cycle. In past cycles It was during the 5th Night that the U.S. government engaged in a childish debate that brought our economy to the brink, and caused the downgrading of our AAA economic rating. The brink was avoided (as was the predicted calamities related to the Comet Elenin, by the way) but these effects landed in the 6th Night with massive ramifications – namely the Occupy Wall Street movement.

Note: I believe the reason calamities were avoided on many fronts has to do with the raising of Unity Consciousness among millions around the world – i.e. THAT MEANS YOU! That means the amazing YOU reading this newsletter right now. You who have been increasing your Light Quotient and striving to develop greater compassion and embracing greater Unity on your path. I believe we averted many serious events that could have happened in the 5th Night and after. And it’s all because of you. A failed prophecy is the best prophecy of all. Instead of dire outcomes, we manifested a peaceful revolution. *Patting you on the back*

The budget debate of the summer of 2011 was quite a galvanizing point – very much in keeping with the energy of the 5th Night, which is when it occurred. A lot of us, self-included, really GOT how ridiculous our government is and how careless they are with our well-being, thinking only of their political agendas and the desire to gain more power and more money for the coffers of their corporate sponsors. Both parties are guilty! They are both bought and sold. Owned.

And to back up just a little further: the precise moment i.e. the seed of Occupy Wall Street occurred on July 13, 2011, when Adbusters in Vancouver published this blog post: http://www.adbusters.org/blogs/adbusters-blog/occupywallstreet.html. July 13 was the first day of the 4th Night. So we can see how the NIGHT cycles have been building on each other, crashing into the 6th Night, which now swells with a whole new set of parameters- perhaps the seeds of a new paradigm – into the 7th and Final Day.

NOTE TO ASTROLOGERS: I suggest that we use July 13, 2011 in Vancouver Canada as the *birth-date* of Occupy Wall Street. September 17, 2011 is also important in that this is when the movement physicalized.

The (7th Day) Dawning of the Age of Aquarius – leaderless revolutions

The OWS movement is leaderless which has baffled the media and politicians. The Egyptian Revolution in early 2011 was leaderless also. The Egyptian Revolution is another event that can be linked to the 9th Wave – I believe it was a Unity Consciousness event, especially since it was primarily peaceful. It is as if Tahrir Square has come to US and around the globe 9 months later. We have our own Liberty Square now – as Zuccotti Park in Wall Street has been renamed Liberty Park. Aquarian revolutionary energies ARE leaderless. Aquarius is a GROUP energy. It is a large, global, egalitarian, democratic, inclusive circle where each person is free and brings their gift, and leadership is done by consensus (in the 12-Step programs this is called GROUP CONSCIENCE) It is not a hierarchy with an Elite class at the top. “Do not mistake us for a movement without leadership. We are ALL leaders.” – Occupy Wall Street sign. Of course, the question begs: how to lead a large group without leaders? Ah well, we have 2000 years in the Aquarian Age to figure that out. OWS is on the right track, pulling in the vibe of the New Era that is upon us now. The old forms don’t stand and won’t work. The new forms? We will have to build them.

Don’t listen to what the corporate-owned media tell you as they try to divide the OWS movement between Democrats and Republicans. This is not party-specific. Don’t be distracted by this media game, which has been going on for years. Look and see those behind the scenes who are pulling the strings – The Elite as Barbara Hand Clow calls them – those who benefit from our being in the dark, those who own our government and who don’t care about the welfare of human beings, only about profits. Justice is a mandate. (Astrologically: Saturn in Libra)

The stated purpose of OWS is very expansive; and frankly, it is nebulous. It remains to be seen where this movement is heading, but I see it as an important manifestation of a mind-boggling shift in consciousness. And I am convinced that it is deeply related to the Oneness consciousness wave that has been sweeping over us in 2011, according to Dr. Calleman’s system.

What does the 10/28/11 end-date MEAN?

This is the question we have been asking since we read Dr. Calleman’s books. I don’t have an answer, although I am not expecting the world to suddenly change in an instant. I have always felt that both end-dates (the other of course being 12/21/12) are about a consciousness shift, not something that will be primarily external.

It was last night, when I was reading Barbara Hand Clow’s new book (mentioned above), that I realized what the end-date of Dr. Calleman’s Mayan Calendar system might mean. Hand Clow writes: “Sometimes I wonder if the end of the control program is what the end of (Dr. Calleman’s) Mayan Calendar is all about.” – p. 239, Awakening the Planetary Mind.

What does she mean by ‘the control program’? She is talking about the very thing that OWS is protesting: corporate control of the basic needs of humanity. Corporate involvement in government to the point where those we ‘elect’ don’t answer to us, but to those who spend billions to put them into office. She calls this group The Elite. OWS calls them the 1%. OWS says, “We are the 99%” and make it emphatically clear that it is time we wake up. Like Hand Clow, I am now thinking that this waking up and saying “no more control programs, let’s take back our world” – this is the breakthrough in Unity Consciousness that we have been building toward all year, and for many, many years.

We the Corporations… in order to form a less perfect Unity… and to further our profits

As you can see, I literally came to understand potential meanings concerning these issues ABOUT 5 MINUTES AGO. I am aware that this newsletter is a bit disjointed. But it’s either send it like this, or not at all. It is going out in a pretty raw form, so please disregard typos and etc. There is no such thing as being fully prepared and meticulously primped during the 9th Wave, especially the DAYS! I mention this for a reason: We are literally piecing and patching this together minute-by-minute now. The energies are moving so fast and furious that we simply must go with the wave in order to have some semblance of ‘keeping up’. The key is that each of us has a piece of information (more than one, but for now, let’s just say one) that needs to be stitched into the unfolding drama right now. RIGHT NOW especially. In this moment. Just bring it.

Your piece has to do with your own personal struggles and joys – especially since March 9, but for your whole life – and what YOU have learned. OWS is a motley crew of diverse groups, spanning all political parties, all ages, all walks of life, all religions. People who work on Wall Street are joining the protests. World War II veterans are there. Progressives are there. Tea-partiers are there. Labor Unions are there. People of all faiths and colors and beliefs. EACH HAS SOMETHING TO BRING to create this patchwork quilt of new consciousness which is rapidly welling up on earth.

OWS is an outward manifestation of the Unity consciousness we have been giving birth to for some time now. UNITY means we are all UNITED and each of us has a place at the table. Please bring your leadership to this new energy. We are not leaderless, we are ALL leaders – the Aquarian Victory Cry! (Astrologically this is Uranus in Aries – the revolutionary warrior crying out for justice and leaping boldly toward victory for the Good, the Right and the True)

Your piece of the puzzle may be something *seemingly* simple. Something you say to someone, or something you post on Facebook, a poem you write, a song you sing, or the act of joining in on the protests with joy and faith. Write a blog post or talk to a friend. You know what to do.

World War II veterans – still occupying!

Like OWS, we don’t know where we’re going with this. Seat of our pants doesn’t even begin to cover it. We are leaning into the wave (which is WAY bigger than all of us). We are leaning into the winds of change, and trusting that Divine Good will carry us to a place where humanity’s suffering can be deeply decreased. The HOW of this movement is unknown at this point. Trust in the Divine Good is what we have. The Universe is always, always in charge of the HOW anyway.

What we know is this: True Oneness Consciousness would never put profits before people, control the media/information flow to deliberately keep people in the dark and disempower them, poison the water and air, contaminate the food with toxic genetic modification, suppress a cure for cancer, tax working people more than the taxes on luxury jets and etc etc (the list of corporate-owned-government sins is legion). Corporate-run government is doing all of these things, and deep inside we know it must stop. UNLESS WE GET CORPORATIONS OUT OF THE BASIC NEEDS OF HUMANS, HUMANITY’S SUFFERING WILL CONTINUE TO ESCALATE TO UNIMAGINABLE LEVELS. We have a wind at our back now and a path can be hacked through the jungle – creating a foundation for the post 2011/2012 world.

The fact that we are seeing physical manifestation of this quantum-leap in awareness literally BURSTING forth in the streets – and on a GLOBAL level – is a cause of great excitement and hope – at least for me it is. I have been filled with joy as I watched OWS emerge – especially when I read the statement of purpose of OWS, which can be found here http://anoncentral.tumblr.com/post/10909003533/first-official-statement-from-the-occupywallstreet. Pretty much every single statement in this document is something that I – and I suspect you also – have been saying literally for decades. The fact that my voice resonates with so many has indeed given me hope for the future. I feel Unity, I feel Hope, I feel Oneness – in a way that I never have before.

THE 7TH DAY DAWNS

SO – this a DAY cycle. The last DAY of SEVEN DAYS. As you may know, the DAY cycles move very very quickly as light and information from the Divine are pulsed in powerful and quickening rhythmic waves. Our job is to try and ‘download’ and anchor this Light and to communicate as best we can this Information within ourselves and with others. The DAYS can be overwhelming. Right now we are making that final, powerful push to the top of the pyramid after many long DAYS of climbing (integrating during the NIGHTS). This is a crescendo point. We approach the capstone, the pinnacle at the top of Creation. A crowing moment in the Evolution of Consciousness, a consciousness that was primitive and limited and is now flowering in broad DAYlight.

Climbing to the Pinnacle of the Evolution of Consciousness

The month of October 2011 is very, very significant in terms of the history of humanity. I read that OWS is calling for a massive protest by 50 million people on OCTOBER 29 (with a warm-up on October 15, right at the middle of the 7th Day) to put forth a plan that can be presented when the G20 meets in France in early November. Will we allow the purity of this movement to be co-opted by corporate interests or hijacked by puppet politicians with empty promises? It is, as it has always been, up to us. Conscious Co-Creation is the ultimate meaning of this evolutionary climb. Things will be very different come November 1, 2011. It remains to be seen just how different and in which way we will harness the blowing winds of change.

Meanwhile, the best you can do is to do your ‘little’ part and bring your own ‘little’ piece of Truth, Light and Information to a neighborhood near you. Focus on your personal sphere of influence, otherwise you (like me) can become overwhelmed. Luckily, we can reach out and touch multitudes via social media – the neighborhood is global and is only a few keystrokes away. So share with us what you have to say, what you are feeling, what you have learned, and how you want to make the world a better place. And do your best to STAND as the waves of Light and higher-vibrational consciousness swirl around you, bringing change which is both exhilarating and frightening.
